In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Edelmiro Ticho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Almeyra F.C. booed when Fluffe BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Svensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Figueiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Natal in the 11th minute of play forced Fluffe BK's goalkeeper Isidoro Figueiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 17 in the game by Joel Wennerqvist from a close distance when the talented Edelmiro Ticho managed to make a qualified save. Almeyra F.C.'s players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Fulgencio Natal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almeyra F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Natal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Figueiras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Edelmiro Ticho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Wennerqvist. Joel Wennerqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Edelmiro Ticho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 34th minute Kurt Bohlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Lucero charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Lucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Lucero hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Wennerqvist got free with Edelmiro Ticho in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 played minutes Joel Wennerqvist could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celedonio Xabat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Skog in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edelmiro Ticho saved Almeyra F.C. from getting behind. Hubert Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Albert Cane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fluffe BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almeyra F.C. the free kick. After 65 played minutes Fluffe BK got a freekick which was hit by Albert Cane. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Mattsson in the 68th minute of play forced Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Edelmiro Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Klas Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Figueiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelmiro Ticho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Wennerqvist's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Isidoro Figueiras made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Fulgencio Natal sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Björkman came free, but Edelmiro Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Fluffe BK's Joel Wennerqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edelmiro Ticho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Natal got free with Isidoro Figueiras in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Natal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Figueiras having to interfere.
