GD JULIO DINIS's Miguel Sales was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Amos Mastrocola in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Francesco Petito charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francesco Petito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Broom of the System DA13 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Francesco Petito hit a great ball. Amos Mastrocola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martinho Rios in the 17th minute of the match. With his leg Filipe Semedo managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Broom of the System DA13's Donato Di Fazio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 22nd minute, Norberto Santana made a precise shot to the right of Amos Mastrocola. Broom of the System DA13's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of Broom of the System DA13 booed when GD JULIO DINIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Regalado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th match minute, Broom of the System DA13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Donato to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Broom of the System DA13's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Aleixo came free, but Amos Mastrocola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Broom of the System DA13's goal looked a bit too open when Gregório Carvalhal came free, but Amos Mastrocola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martinho Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martinho Rios made a kick off. Broom of the System DA13's Amos Mastrocola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Santana in the 54th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Donato Di Fazio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Semedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Gregório Carvalhal might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amos Mastrocola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregório Carvalhal ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to GD JULIO DINIS getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Caio Castelo Branco hit a great ball. After some careless play in the GD JULIO DINIS defense, Francesco Petito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Semedo. The GD JULIO DINIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Semedo should have stopped the shot. Filipe Semedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Di Fazio in the 92nd minute of play. Francesco Petito was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Francesco Petito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Broom of the System DA13's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
