The tension between the Goranesti and the FC Kolos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Goranesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigi Filip to maneuver through the defense. Valentyn Buchko hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Valeriy Smalko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Gherasim in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Song Yao Jie could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Hubert Villa however easily saved by the left post. Hubert Villa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Song Yao Jie in the 17th minute. Valeriy Smalko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogdan Gherasim's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Bogdan Gherasim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeriy Smalko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valeriy Smalko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Filip, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Bogdan Gherasim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Goranesti's Ernest Zburlea got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Gavrylo Bobal, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valeriy Smalko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Gherasim in the 41st minute of play. Alin Ciutacu made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aigeus Milionis however managed to control. Dmytro Kulakovskyi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Bogdan Gherasim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Song Yao Jie to strike the kick off in the second half. Valeriy Smalko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Petrin in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Valentyn Buchko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hubert Villa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Yao Jie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Goranesti's goal looked a bit too open when Song Yao Jie came free, but Hubert Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valeriy Smalko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Gherasim in the 64th minute of the match. Song Yao Jie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Villa having to interfere. Goranesti made a substitution. Corneliu Iorgovan replaced Alin Ciutacu. Hubert Villa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Yao Jie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Goranesti got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Udubaşa. Goranesti made a substitution. Rareș Trifănucă replaced Filip Beligan. The supporters of FC Kolos booed when Goranesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantin Udubaşa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hubert Villa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Kolos's Ostap Fedoriv tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Valeriy Smalko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Gherasim in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goalkeeper Valeriy Smalko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Gherasim. After 82 played minutes Goranesti got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Zburlea. FC Kolos's Valeriy Smalko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Gherasim in the 86th minute of play. When FC Kolos's Song Yao Jie in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goranesti's goalie prevented a goal. Bogdan Gherasim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Valeriy Smalko made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Goranesti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kolos.
