In the 7th minute Codruț Lucrețiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Team in construction booed when Paranhos Ariranha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Alberto de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Paranhos Ariranha FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dé Prado hit a great ball. Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Codruț Lucrețiu 16 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Basarab Tăbăcaru hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Dé Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paranhos Ariranha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team in construction the free kick. After 33 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Mota. In the 34th minute Codruț Lucrețiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciprian Jușcă made a great header on Team in construction's corner, it was just that Paranhos Ariranha FC's Lúcio Mota managed to reach the ball for a save. After 40 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by Dé Prado. In the 43rd minute, Codruț Lucrețiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lúcio Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Codruț Lucrețiu to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Capixaba. Codruț Lucrețiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lúcio Mota having to make a save. Denis Guriță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Lucrețiu in the 54th minute of the match. Carlos Alberto de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Anton Iorda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paranhos Ariranha FC. Anton Iorda didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paranhos Ariranha FC's Carlos Alberto de Amaral shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Denis Guriță scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lúcio Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paranhos Ariranha FC were furious when Fernando Paulista was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After having played for 90 minutes, Codruț Lucrețiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team in construction's supporters crossed their fingers, but Codruț Lucrețiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Paranhos Ariranha FC defense, Codruț Lucrețiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lúcio Mota. The Paranhos Ariranha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lúcio Mota should have stopped the shot.
