In the 37th minute Yanis Devriendt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Winksele 2016 were awarded a corner. Thibaud Segers went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Winksele 2016's corner Thibaud Segers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jens-Åke Malmberg quite easily take care of the ball. Thibaud Segers shot a long shot in the 38th minute and a light blocked Jens-Åke Malmberg hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thibaud Segers during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Swindon Sweden FF booed when Winksele 2016 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thibaud Segers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Örjan Nyström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jozef Hemeleers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Jakob Ondrejček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jozef Hemeleers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Winksele 2016's Jozef Hemeleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Persson in the 55th minute of play. Maxen Widenborg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jozef Hemeleers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Örjan Nyström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jozef Hemeleers was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Jens-Åke Malmberg made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Fabricio Burutzagi sent off a good shot on target. The Swindon Sweden FF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Winksele 2016's performance. The match ended with a win for Winksele 2016.
