Spectators: 7444 (Terracing: 5584, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) 2 minutes into the match, Heemskerk AC's goalkeeper Ludomil Chazen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose-Antonio Fortuño. 8 minutes into the match, Heemskerk AC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose-Antonio Fortuño came free, but Ludomil Chazen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Taltum FC's Jose-Antonio Fortuño slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ludomil Chazen. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jose-Antonio Fortuño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludomil Chazen. Heemskerk AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose-Antonio Fortuño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 26 played minutes Heemskerk AC got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Cupial. In the 30th minute Jacek Cupial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ordóñez Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Heemskerk AC's Herbert Tepper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ordóñez Cuesta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xines Herriaga in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Chazen saved Heemskerk AC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Jose-Antonio Fortuño kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludomil Chazen. That made the score 3-1 in the 37 minute of play. With a little luck, Heemskerk AC's Ludomil Chazen got control of the ball when Jose-Antonio Fortuño tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose-Antonio Fortuño to make the kick off. Ludomil Chazen came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Taltum FC's Jose-Antonio Fortuño. But to his dismay, Jose-Antonio Fortuño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 56th minute Jose-Antonio Fortuño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Taltum FC's Fabio Rallo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabio Rallo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Taltum FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabio Rallo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Heemskerk AC's Pankracy Modrzewski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ordóñez Cuesta. Janusz Debkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Debkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ludomil Chazen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xines Herriaga in the 69th minute of the match. If Xines Herriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ordóñez Cuesta was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Jacek Cupial capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacek Cupial really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. Ludomil Chazen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xines Herriaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute, Heemskerk AC's Jacek Cupial dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-4. Despite being the better team, Taltum FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
