Leo Musadeq started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Bock in the 4th minute of play forced RED SHARK FC's goalkeeper Narciso Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ipswich Traktor Boys's zone, Leo Musadeq stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Östen Röd came out of the goal and Leo Musadeq tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ipswich Traktor Boys's Thomas Häll in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a left leg Narciso Emeterio saved RED SHARK FC from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Ipswich Traktor Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio de Senna came free, but Östen Röd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Musadeq took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Östen Röd. Östen Röd dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Ipswich Traktor Boys booed when RED SHARK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Fatah didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes Ipswich Traktor Boys got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Hylander. Aang Arifin, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Aang Arifin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RED SHARK FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ipswich Traktor Boys the free kick. Ipswich Traktor Boys's Ludwig Bock got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Häll stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Häll in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Emeterio saved RED SHARK FC from getting behind. In the 56th minute, M. In the 60thth minute of the game Sílvio de Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ipswich Traktor Boys's Östen Röd was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Ipswich Traktor Boys's goalkeeper Östen Röd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Musadeq. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Häll in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Emeterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71stth minute of the game Thomas Häll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RED SHARK FC's Narciso Emeterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 72 minutes, Ludwig Bock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ipswich Traktor Boys and the RED SHARK FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ipswich Traktor Boys's Ludwig Bock got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Thomas Häll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when Ipswich Traktor Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Röd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Musadeq, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. RED SHARK FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
