MOC ⚽ from getting behind. 18 minutes into the game, Fellipe Alves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stars Academy the free kick. In the 20th minute of the match, Pedro Luís Meirelles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Germano Carmona saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Albuquerque in the 23rd minute of play forced ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goalkeeper Doni Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Carmona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Meirelles in the 37th minute of the match. Albérico Bacelar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Meirelles having to interfere.

The wind increased when Hernani Massa made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Evandro Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germano Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Massa in the 60th minute of play. Doni Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Perdigão in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benê Diniz in the 67th minute of play forced Stars Academy's goalkeeper Germano Carmona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Bento Perdigão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
