Spectators: 7537 (Terracing: 5654, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ignacy Bugno started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Ignacy Bugno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Van Elsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Bugno in the 3rd minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Ignacy Bugno notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen. Mats Van Elsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mats Van Elsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Bugno in the 12th minute of the match. When Kasper De Cat fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fox Hunting Squad's protests and gave Kasper De Cat a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Kasper De Cat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goalkeeper Iwan Walkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorg Vrijdags. 33 minutes into the match, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goal looked a bit too open when Bert Paelinck came free, but Iwan Walkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Van Elsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Bugno in the 40th minute of the match. When Maciej Giertych fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Torpedo Dabrowa's protests and gave Maciej Giertych a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorg Vrijdags stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Fox Hunting Squad defense, Maciej Giertych kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mats Van Elsen. The Fox Hunting Squad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mats Van Elsen should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boruc Gruchacz. Boruc Gruchacz scored 0-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Van Elsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maciej Giertych. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucjan Rekawiczka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mats Van Elsen. That made the score 0-4 in the 75 minute of play. In the 77th minute, Karl Van Gorpt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute of the match Hugon Korytkowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mats Van Elsen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen got control of the ball when Ignacy Bugno tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Lucjan Rekawiczka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mats Van Elsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Mats Van Elsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacy Bugno in the 91st minute. In the 92nd match minute, Fox Hunting Squad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rens Waterloos to maneuver through the defense. If Boruc Gruchacz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Van Elsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Korytkowski in the 97th minute of play. The FC Torpedo Dabrowa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Torpedo Dabrowa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
