Konrad Rykaczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamar Paige, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dobromir Zworski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xepe Gandia came out and tried to block the shot, but Dobromir Zworski slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. Konrad Rykaczewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javi Sanchez went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Pilsudski got free with Xepe Gandia in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute, Jerzy Piechna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes, Downchester City's Lin Sen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konrad Rykaczewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Downchester City reached it. After some careless play in the Downchester City defense, Dobromir Zworski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xepe Gandia. The Downchester City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xepe Gandia should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute Javi Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Rykaczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Marques came free, but Konrad Rykaczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vincente Serrano who took care of the corner kick. 30 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Jamar Paige came free, but Konrad Rykaczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Marek Wolnik got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes, Downchester City's Vincente Serrano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konrad Rykaczewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Dobromir Zworski's late challenge caught a Downchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dobromir Zworski helped the player get up and apologised. Dobromir Zworski hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Javi Sanchez came free, but Konrad Rykaczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xepe Gandia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Zworski in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamar Paige to strike the kick off in the second half. Downchester City's Ismael Marques managed to work through Pogoń Stawiszyn's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ismael Marques dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 56th minute, Dobromir Zworski made a precise shot to the right of Xepe Gandia. Downchester City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Konrad Rykaczewski came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Downchester City's Javi Sanchez. But to his dismay, Javi Sanchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Konrad Rykaczewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamar Paige, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ksawery Pilsudski's late challenge caught a Downchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Javi Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konrad Rykaczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamar Paige in the 90th minute of play. Ksawery Pilsudski hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Ismael Marques took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Rykaczewski. Konrad Rykaczewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-4. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pogoń Stawiszyn could leave the field as winners, despite Downchester City having more of the ball for most of the match.
