In the 9th minute Sixto Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Brysz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Millo de Haedo's Gustavo Eusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save El Millo de Haedo from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milosz Fafinski got free with Gustavo Eusko in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, El Millo de Haedo's Javier Eguzki got a free kick in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Gustavo Eusko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbigniew Barycz. The supporters of El Millo de Haedo booed when Janusze Futbolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Zgonina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Brysz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Olguín in the 27th minute of play. When Sixto Vincent fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Millo de Haedo's protests and gave Sixto Vincent a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Sixto Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karol Dabrowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Eusko having to make a save. With a little luck, El Millo de Haedo's Gustavo Eusko got control of the ball when Pawel Sliwinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Vincent came free, but Michal Brysz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Millo de Haedo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Oto in the 38th minute. Jorge Olguín kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Karol Dabrowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Eusko having to interfere. Uriel Isusko charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uriel Isusko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbigniew Barycz to strike the kick off in the second half. Michal Brysz stood somewhat misplaced when Jorge Olguín came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 52 minute. Sixto Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Michal Brysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Olguín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 60 minutes into the game, Nicolas Azubeli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Michal Brysz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michal Brysz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Vincent, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Sixto Vincent took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Michal Brysz to make any attempt to save it. Lázaro Oto took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Brysz. Michal Brysz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. If Milosz Fafinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michal Brysz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Olguín went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Sixto Vincent reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michal Brysz. The goal made the score 1-7. Michal Brysz was a little too slow when Sixto Vincent got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-8. Michal Brysz stood somewhat misplaced when Jorge Olguín came free in front of goal and shot 1-9 to the left of him in the 94 minute. The El Millo de Haedo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El Millo de Haedo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
