Marcus Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Downchester City's Xepe Gandia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Carlsson in the 6th minute of play. Ismael Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jamar Paige came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Downchester City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamar Paige couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Överås BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vincente Serrano was slow to take the kick. During this time Downchester City's players had a chance to rest. Thomas Lundberg thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Marcus Nordin, a very annoying self made goal in the 18th minute which led to 0-1. Sergio Rodríguez hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Marcus Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamar Paige, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamar Paige succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Peder Kilstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match Armando Aceves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcus Nordin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Jamar Paige, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marcus Nordin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Downchester City's Ismael Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javi Sanchez during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Överås BK booed when Downchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javi Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Nicklas Pilberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xepe Gandia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicklas Pilberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xepe Gandia. That made the score 1-2 in the 40 minute of play. 1-3 became the score in the 44th minute when Jamar Paige elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Överås BK defense, Ismael Marques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Nordin. The Överås BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Nordin should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peder Kilstedt was the one to do the kick off. If Ismael Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Överås BK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Emil Carlsson hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goalkeeper Marcus Nordin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Marques. David Wennersten kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Downchester City defense, Emil Carlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xepe Gandia. The Downchester City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xepe Gandia should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Sergio Rodríguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javi Sanchez hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Downchester City's Xepe Gandia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Pilberg in the 75th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ismael Marques took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Marcus Nordin to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamar Paige got free with Marcus Nordin in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When David Wennersten was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. David Wennersten hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute of the match Vincente Serrano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcus Nordin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcus Nordin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Marques in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Ismael Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Nordin. Överås BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. In the 92nd match minute, Överås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. Mattias Dalman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jamar Paige took a quick shot and it went in 2-7 without a chance for Marcus Nordin to make any attempt to save it. Downchester City's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
