Patrick Sporran hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Rangers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Laffitte came free, but Fergus Fairbairn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Rangers FC booed when QUASAR AZULGRANA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Berriotxoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rangers FC's Bradley Carr got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Rangers FC defense, Timoteo Laffitte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fergus Fairbairn. The Rangers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fergus Fairbairn should have stopped the shot. Fergus Fairbairn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Laffitte in the 88th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Rangers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ryan McIver. Fergus Fairbairn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Laffitte in the 91st minute of play. Ferrer Arias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raymond Johnston in the 93rd minute. Reece Frissell charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. QUASAR AZULGRANA had played much better football throughout.
