A collision led to Barreal FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Apolo Teodor hit a great ball. Barreal FC's Honorato Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Gonçalves in the 5th minute of play. Cosme Mattin's late challenge caught a Psiu!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Mattin helped the player get up and apologised. Cosme Mattin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Barreal FC's Honorato Lluciano got control of the ball when Sydney Gonçalves tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Mané Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Lluciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 19 minutes, Kléberson Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Psiu! and the Barreal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Kléberson Bezerra got a free kick in the 19th minute. Honorato Lluciano came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Psiu!'s Sydney Gonçalves. But to his dismay, Sydney Gonçalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Psiu!'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maicon Sousa in the 27th minute. Laércio Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sydney Gonçalves in the 35th minute of play forced Barreal FC's goalkeeper Honorato Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sydney Gonçalves in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Lluciano saved Barreal FC from getting behind. Sydney Gonçalves did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Honorato Lluciano 41 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Barreal FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Psiu!:s goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Apolo Teodor made the kick off in the second half. Sydney Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sydney Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Psiu! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sydney Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Barreal FC's Teofilo Serapio got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Barreal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Bordat to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Sydney Gonçalves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Lluciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Mané Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Afonso Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes, Barreal FC's Severo Rubio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laércio Sá came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barreal FC reached it. After 65 minutes, Afonso Galvão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Psiu! and the Barreal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Severo Rubio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laércio Sá. Psiu!'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Honorato Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barreal FC's Honorato Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Castro in the 71st minute of play. Psiu!'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Severo Rubio scored to the left of an out of position Laércio Sá, making the score, 5-1. Honorato Lluciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 曲明强, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 82 minutes Barreal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maicon Sousa who took care of the corner kick. Maicon Sousa made a great header on Psiu!'s corner, it was just that Barreal FC's Honorato Lluciano managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 84th minute, Sydney Gonçalves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Lluciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Mané Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Honorato Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Lluciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Gonçalves in the 97th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Sydney Gonçalves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Psiu! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. There was no doubt that Psiu! were the better team. Psiu!'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
