After a rather tough play, Pardubice Hurricanes's Wiliam Saliba got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Pardubice Hurricanes's Jiří Dolejš. But to his dismay, Jiří Dolejš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Pardubice Hurricanes's Jiří Dolejš got a free kick in the 12th minute. The Szombathely Squirrels fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Győrffy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Amerigo Scoca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amerigo Scoca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's János Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristopher Dennison narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gusztáv Jászberényi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Božek, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Božek went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 34 minutes, Michael Scofield mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pardubice Hurricanes and the Szombathely Squirrels players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pardubice Hurricanes's Michael Scofield got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Jiří Dolejš left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pardubice Hurricanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Gusztáv Jászberényi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Txaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amerigo Scoca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristopher Dennison stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gusztáv Győrffy's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Amerigo Scoca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute Ivan Txaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusztáv Jászberényi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jiří Dolejš could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Gusztáv Jászberényi made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Jiří Dolejš reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gusztáv Jászberényi. The goal made the score 1-6. 76 minutes into the game, Amerigo Scoca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Gusztáv Jászberényi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gusztáv Jászberényi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Txaran in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Szombathely Squirrels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szilárd Csikós to maneuver through the defense. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ivan Txaran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Jászberényi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amerigo Scocas short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Gusztáv Jászberényi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 85 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Txaran came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pardubice Hurricanes booed when Szombathely Squirrels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. László Szőke didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Pardubice Hurricanes's goal looked a bit too open when János Major came free, but Kristopher Dennison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jiří Dolejš took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gusztáv Jászberényi. Gusztáv Jászberényi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Gusztáv Jászberényi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Pardubice Hurricanes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
