After 8 minutes Dynamo Strandnäs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Van Clijnebreugel who took care of the corner kick. Fauna Utd's Abel Van Clijnebreugel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Folke Dalman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the last second Folke Dalman throw himself and got hold of the ball when Vic De Geutter in the 8thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The corner led to Fauna Utd's Ive Beckers getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 13 minutes Dynamo Strandnäs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Van Clijnebreugel who took care of the corner kick. Dynamo Strandnäs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Abel Van Clijnebreugel scored to the left of an out of position Folke Dalman, making the score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Dalman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Van Clijnebreugel got free with Folke Dalman in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Fauna Utd's Henrik Van Brabandt got a free kick in the 27th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Folke Dalman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fauna Utd's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 30th minute. Patrik Nord tried in the game's 30th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Folke Dalman. An annoying self made goal, 3-0. Abel Van Clijnebreugel might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Dalman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Van Clijnebreugel ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, Dynamo Strandnäs's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Van Clijnebreugel came free, but Folke Dalman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folke Dalman was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Abel Van Clijnebreugel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abel Van Clijnebreugel really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 39 minutes into the match, Dynamo Strandnäs's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Van Clijnebreugel came free, but Folke Dalman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Linus Gummeson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dynamo Strandnäs's Folke Dalman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Linus Gummeson was the one to do the kick off. Folke Dalman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Van Clijnebreugel's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Folke Dalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Van Clijnebreugel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 55th minute of play forced Dynamo Strandnäs's goalkeeper Folke Dalman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Abel Van Clijnebreugel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, Karl-Oskar Gunnarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dynamo Strandnäs's Folke Dalman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Robben De Vlaeminck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Van Clijnebreugel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Van Clijnebreugel might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Dalman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Van Clijnebreugel ran back to his position shaking his head. Folke Dalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Van Clijnebreugel, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Fauna Utd's attentive Robben De Vlaeminck managed to snatch the ball when Reine Söderberg made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. There was no doubt that Fauna Utd were the better team. Fauna Utd's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
