After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Club Sicilia's zone, Marcus Söderman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Scamacca in the 43rd minute of the match. Sven-Åke Kihlman kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Niklas Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo De Vecchis to make the kick off. The supporters of Sporting Club Sicilia booed when UÅ Mästerbotten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Lagerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball.
