Strahil Kirichkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Quintanilha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Strahil Kirichkov ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Strahil Kirichkov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Quintanilha. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. If Strahil Kirichkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Gaya's goal looked a bit too open when Strahil Kirichkov came free, but Jacinto Quintanilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filinto Vides hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Strahil Kirichkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Quintanilha. Sporting Clube de Gaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Strahil Kirichkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Strahil Kirichkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jacinto Quintanilha made a huge save. If Valentin Bradistilov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Sporting Clube de Gaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cassiano Madruga to maneuver through the defense. Strahil Kirichkov got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-0 in the right cross in the 37th match minute before Jacinto Quintanilha had time to react. 42 minutes into the match, Зенит Церово's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Igrejas came free, but Saltuk Arabacıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Matey Manyov charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matey Manyov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matey Manyov kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Ali Çağrı Tayfur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Quintanilha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Illart in the 86th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Jacinto Quintanilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Quintanilha came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Зенит Церово's Todor Taranov. But to his dismay, Todor Taranov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Ali Çağrı Tayfur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Gaya's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Çağrı Tayfur came free, but Jacinto Quintanilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
