Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Tomé Igrejas made the kick off and thus started the match. Jacinto Quintanilha came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Saladillo FC's Hector Ferrer. But to his dismay, Hector Ferrer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atletico Saladillo FC! Fernan Reynardo had several of the Sporting Clube de Gaya's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jacinto Quintanilha as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 16th minute, Jeremiah St. Juste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fernan Reynardo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Atletico Saladillo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Reynardo couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Hector Ferrer took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Jacinto Quintanilha to make any attempt to save it. Jacinto Quintanilha was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Fernan Reynardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernan Reynardo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Jacinto Quintanilha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Frisco in the 29th minute of play. Aristides Veloso's late challenge caught a Atletico Saladillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Sporting Clube de Gaya got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Veloso. In the 35th play minute Cayetano Berart came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jacinto Quintanilha. 5-0. Bernardino Frisco kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Jacinto Quintanilha made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Bernardino Frisco sent off a good shot on target. Hector Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Jacinto Quintanilha made a huge save. With a little luck, Sporting Clube de Gaya's Jacinto Quintanilha got control of the ball when Hector Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hector Ferrer made a kick off. Jacinto Quintanilha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Ferrer, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Fernan Reynardo scored 9-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Quintanilha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Sporting Clube de Gaya booed when Atletico Saladillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Reynardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Fernan Reynardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Quintanilha was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 74 minutes into the match, Fernan Reynardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Quintanilha. Sporting Clube de Gaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Reynardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Hector Ferrer charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Ferrer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hector Ferrer hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jacinto Quintanilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Ferrer in the 81st minute of play. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Jacinto Quintanilha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Aires in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Frisco in the 84th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Jacinto Quintanilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Fernan Reynardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Quintanilha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremiah St. Juste hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Fernan Reynardo scored 13-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Quintanilha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Reynardo in the 91st minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Jacinto Quintanilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Atletico Saladillo FC's Hector Ferrer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacinto Quintanilha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atletico Saladillo FC had played much better football throughout.
