The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benicio Javiero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Angheloiu in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute Vali Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Angheloiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 13th minute, Eduard Angheloiu made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Javiero. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Roque Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicodim Vătăşel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Javiero. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benicio Javiero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Piţurcă in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Eduard Angheloiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benicio Javiero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Roque Peli hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Atlético Nuevo Laredo defense, Vali Piţurcă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Javiero. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Javiero should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Nicolae Pârâianu got a free kick in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Claudiu Negrițoiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Javiero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Benicio Javiero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Piţurcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Vali Piţurcă notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero. Benicio Javiero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Eguzki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Vali Piţurcă kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benicio Javiero. That made the score 0-6 in the 53 minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicodim Vătăşel was slow to take the kick. During this time -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's corner Nicodim Vătăşel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benicio Javiero quite easily take care of the ball. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Eduard Angheloiu scored to the left of an out of position Benicio Javiero, making the score, 0-7. In the 65th minute of the match, Eduard Angheloiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benicio Javiero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Claudiu Negrițoiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benicio Javiero. That made the score 0-8 after 67 minutes of play. A hard shot 71 in the game by Eduard Angheloiu from a close distance when the talented Benicio Javiero managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's players were relieved. In the 71st match minute, Atlético Nuevo Laredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Peli to maneuver through the defense. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting a goal against them. After 77 played minutes -BZF- Viitorul Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Negrițoiu. In the 78th match minute, Atlético Nuevo Laredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Guipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Vali Piţurcă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Benicio Javiero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the game, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Nicodim Vătăşel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Javiero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Vali Piţurcă kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Roque Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match Nicodim Vătăşel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benicio Javiero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benicio Javiero was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Albert Baican capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Baican really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
