Tudor Bodea's late challenge caught a Simoneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tudor Bodea helped the player get up and apologised. Tudor Bodea kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Faustino Errapel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corneliu Vulpăşin skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Unicorns ™ defense, Homer Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. The Unicorns ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Vulpăşin should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute of the match Dionisio Jakobe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corneliu Vulpăşin skillfully saved the ball. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Homer Gol went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to Simoneta FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Abel Umbruso hit a great ball. After the first half Simoneta FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Homer Gol in the 58th minute of the match. Simoneta FC's Florentino Laurin was substituted for Abel Umbruso. Abel Umbruso hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes, Florentino Laurin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simoneta FC and the Unicorns ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Simoneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Laurin to maneuver through the defense. Hasret Şahinalp came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Unicorns ™'s Petrică Ţirpescu. But to his dismay, Petrică Ţirpescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Octavian Chivu got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Unicorns ™ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Simoneta FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Simoneta FC.
