With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Ospetsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guo Zhen Qiang's late challenge caught a Estudiantes de América's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 95th minute, 陶宁翔 made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Ospetsu. Estudiantes de América's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of Estudiantes de América were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】 side.
