Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Ssc Napoli's Ben Burnham started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Artur Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loures and the Ssc Napoli players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ssc Napoli booed when Loures was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Loures's goalkeeper Nicolas Vilalobos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ben Burnham. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antony Patterson got free with Nicolas Vilalobos in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the game, Austin Walton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicolas Vilalobos. Austin Walton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Artur Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rhys Hanson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austin Walton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Artur Azevedo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ssc Napoli's Rhys Hanson. Rhys Hanson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Louie Cook hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Lucílio Soeiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rhys Hanson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Ssc Napoli defense, Hermes Amaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rhys Hanson. The Ssc Napoli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rhys Hanson should have stopped the shot. After 46 minutes, Artur Azevedo made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ssc Napoli's Rhys Hanson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Loures were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Azevedo to make the kick off. With a little luck, Ssc Napoli's Rhys Hanson got control of the ball when Artur Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hermes Amaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Hanson having to interfere. Ssc Napoli's Junior Niven suffered a sore thigh after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Isidro Diegues fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loures's protests and gave Isidro Diegues a yellow card for diving instead. Ssc Napoli made a substitution. Kristopher Pickford replaced Junior Niven. Ben Burnham charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ben Burnham the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Ssc Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Burnham to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Jack Adamson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Vilalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhys Hanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermes Amaro in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Daniel Fiúza suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Jack Adamson's late challenge caught a Loures's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jack Adamson helped the player get up and apologised. The Loures fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Loures's Isidro Diegues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Louie Cook hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Loures played a much better game than Ssc Napoli and deserved their victory. The Ssc Napoli players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
