Spectators: 7488 (Terracing: 5617, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Benito Ixona made the kick off which started today's match. Benito Ixona scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dale Lim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 7 minutes of play, Leon Platense's Benito Ixona made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dale Lim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Albirex Niigata FC defense, Jeremias Regis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dale Lim. The Albirex Niigata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dale Lim should have stopped the shot. After 13 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by Iker Sotil. In the 14th minute, Hamir Keng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Ali Choy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by Iker Sotil. In the 18th minute, Narciso Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Albirex Niigata FC's Dale Lim got control of the ball when Generoso Gomesano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Albirex Niigata FC booed when Leon Platense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamir Keng took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roberto Abad. Leon Platense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ali Choy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Abad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Albirex Niigata FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nicholas Tan hit a great ball. Dale Lim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Gomesano, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Albirex Niigata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Gomesano came free, but Dale Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dale Lim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Generoso Gomesano went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Albirex Niigata FC booed when Leon Platense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Tabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Choy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dale Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albirex Niigata FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Jeremias Regis scored to the left of an out of position Dale Lim, making the score, 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Choy to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Sotil to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Clive Politiek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Yi-Sheng hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Generoso Gomesano, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Azli Seah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Roberto Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Choy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dale Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Jaen in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Albirex Niigata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clive Politiek to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Benicio Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dale Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Albirex Niigata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Ixona came free, but Dale Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicholas Tan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Roberto Abad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Choy's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Benicio Jaen took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dale Lim. Dale Lim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 85th minute, Benicio Jaen made a precise shot to the right of Dale Lim. Albirex Niigata FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Jonathan Yi-Sheng was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. Jonathan Yi-Sheng kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Leon Platense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
