Justo Laffitte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Malmberg's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Justo Laffitte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Malmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Veremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Cheetah Team defense, Angel Eusko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Ånger. The Cheetah Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Ånger should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Patrick Möllgren got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Chuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Mark Malmberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIEDMA FC's Justo Laffitte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Justo Laffitte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Holm in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Michel Skräddare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Laffitte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Patrick Möllgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, Cheetah Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Askberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Patrik Holm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Laffitte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Michel Skräddare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blas Chuse hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes VIEDMA FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Basajaun. In the 47thth minute of the game Mark Malmberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIEDMA FC's Justo Laffitte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mark Malmberg made a kick off. It was beautiful to see Cheetah Team's Fredrik Fors in action when he in the 56th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! VIEDMA FC's Federico Leheren got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sixto Dalmu fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VIEDMA FC's protests and gave Sixto Dalmu a yellow card for diving instead. Sixto Dalmu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Federico Leheren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Basajaun's late challenge caught a Cheetah Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melquiades Basajaun helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes VIEDMA FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Basajaun. Patrick Möllgren made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fredrik Fors immediately put the ball in play. Justo Laffitte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Malmberg in the 81st minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Cheetah Team's Mark Malmberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4.
