The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldão Fontes got free with Cresitobalo Candela in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Davy Reuter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuri Benítez in the 8th minute of the match. Cresitobalo Candela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson Salles in the 11th minute of the match. Cresitobalo Candela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cresitobalo Candela stood somewhat misplaced when Emerson Salles came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 21 minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Auriolam II C.F.'s goalkeeper Cresitobalo Candela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Oiteiras's Emerson Salles in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The coaching staff of Auriolam II C.F. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arturo Canturri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Auriolam II C.F. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! In the 30th minute, Oiteiras got a penalty, and Renatinho Loyola placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Ronaldão Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oiteiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldão Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cresitobalo Candela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Auriolam II C.F. booed when Oiteiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute Fran Gómez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davy Reuter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Auriolam II C.F. were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Oiteiras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tome Bouzas took the corner. The corner led Auriolam II C.F.'s Tome Bouzas to fire away a dangerous shot which Davy Reuter despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emerson Salles to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Emerson Salles notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Auriolam II C.F.'s Cresitobalo Candela. Cresitobalo Candela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cresitobalo Candela came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Oiteiras's Emerson Salles. But to his dismay, Emerson Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Cresitobalo Candela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Salles in the 71st minute of play forced Auriolam II C.F.'s goalkeeper Cresitobalo Candela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emerson Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cresitobalo Candela having to make a save. In the 76th minute, Ronaldão Fontes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oiteiras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Emerson Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Emerson Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cresitobalo Candela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Salles in the 84th minute of play forced Auriolam II C.F.'s goalkeeper Cresitobalo Candela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emerson Salles might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cresitobalo Candela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emerson Salles ran back to his position shaking his head. Cresitobalo Candela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dime Darrell went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Cresitobalo Candela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emerson Salles's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Ronaldão Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cresitobalo Candela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Oiteiras fully deserved thier win.
