The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruben Romano was the one to do the kick off. In the 71st minute, Charlotte FC's Cedric Frazier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 75th minute Felipe Acevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shannon Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Sein hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Flavio Gelacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Dobbs in the 82nd minute of play. Flavio Gelacio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roger Dobbs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 84 minute of play.
