With a little luck, RED BLUE STAR's Damian Tender got control of the ball when Ermin Grahovac tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 4 minutes, Ugo Gerzić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK FOLKROLA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ugo Gerzić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Ugo Gerzić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NK FOLKROLA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RED BLUE STAR the free kick. After 8 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Ugo Gerzić. In the 15th minute, Anto Murg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klaudij Kuder lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Rene Venika had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Octav Ciocan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Octav Ciocan scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Venika, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When RED BLUE STAR's Vasile Leucuța in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Venika prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rene Venika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Leucuța in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermin Grahovac in the 34th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Damian Tender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Vidko Bižal. When RED BLUE STAR's Vasile Leucuța in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NK FOLKROLA's goalie prevented a goal. NK FOLKROLA's Vidko Bižal got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vidko Bižal charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vidko Bižal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Vidko Bižal got a free kick in the 47th minute.

When Ermin Grahovac fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NK FOLKROLA's protests and gave Ermin Grahovac a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of RED BLUE STAR booed when NK FOLKROLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermin Grahovac didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Octav Ciocan from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Rene Venika's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vidko Bižal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vasile Leucuța who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Rene Venika when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of RED BLUE STAR booed when NK FOLKROLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anto Murg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermin Grahovac scored 1-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Tender, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ivan Baldovinescu fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RED BLUE STAR's protests and gave Ivan Baldovinescu a yellow card for diving instead. Ivan Baldovinescu hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. NK FOLKROLA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing RED BLUE STAR to leave the ground with a draw.
