After 9 minutes, Karol Waldoch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victoria Mlawa and the Diamante Negro DK - VV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karol Waldoch hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Victoria Mlawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Wielowiejski to maneuver through the defense. If Gilvan Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diamante Negro DK - VV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alessandro de Moraes in the 19th minute. After taking down the ball on Diamante Negro DK - VV's corner Alessandro de Moraes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lew Jaszynski quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Diamante Negro DK - VV's zone, Krzysztof Makomaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc-André Grifoll came out of the goal and Krzysztof Makomaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matías Viña charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matías Viña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Diamante Negro DK - VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Viña to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Ribeiro in the 43rd minute of play forced Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Lew Jaszynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Krzysztof Makomaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 46 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Silva. After the first half Diamante Negro DK - VV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilvan Silva to make the kick off. Billy Servaes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lew Jaszynski came out and tried to block the shot, but Billy Servaes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 57th minute. A collision led to Diamante Negro DK - VV getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gilvan Silva hit a great ball. Krzysztof Makomaski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Marc-André Grifoll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karol Waldoch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 68 minutes, Virgílio Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lew Jaszynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Ribeiro in the 71st minute of play. Lew Jaszynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Servaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Billy Servaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Lew Jaszynski made a huge save. In the 76th minute Billy Servaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lew Jaszynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krzysztof Makomaski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marc-André Grifoll. Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marc-André Grifoll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matías Viña kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Diamante Negro DK - VV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Victoria Mlawa.
