CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's Teodoro Luzea was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 44th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Min made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Gaston Beltza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Argi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. Pretorianos FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Marcelo Erruki charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Erruki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Erruki. Marcelo Erruki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Elequemedo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Erruki in the 71st minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Luzea came free, but Baldomiro Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Leandro Argi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Karlstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pretorianos FC for a fine match.
