Themos Batiropoulos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süruri Şanalp in the 7th minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Kasper Elssen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pretorianos FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Clemente Min got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Süruri Şanalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. GREEK ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Süruri Şanalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Elequemedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute Leandro Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themos Batiropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pretorianos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mario Chico in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mario Chico got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Themos Batiropoulos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 26 minutes, Mateo Felipillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Felipillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomiro Elequemedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Süruri Şanalp's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Leandro Argi scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Themos Batiropoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Argi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Batiropoulos having to interfere. Themos Batiropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Argi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, GREEK ARMY's Valentinos Vrisimitzakis got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clemente Min stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clemente Min recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute, Ksawery Gall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Themos Batiropoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentinos Vrisimitzakis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Stratos Alexatos hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Süruri Şanalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomiro Elequemedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when GREEK ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ksawery Gall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, GREEK ARMY's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mario Chico fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 76th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eutichios Keskembes to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Min in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Themos Batiropoulos saved GREEK ARMY from getting behind. Leandro Argi scored 1-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Themos Batiropoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GREEK ARMY's Themos Batiropoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. Süruri Şanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentinos Vrisimitzakis's late challenge caught a Pretorianos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentinos Vrisimitzakis helped the player get up and apologised. 95 minutes into the game, one of GREEK ARMY:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pretorianos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
