Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Walter Lindkvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. Malte Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimmie Tinglöv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loris Hellmüller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francis Aberle took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimmie Tinglöv. Jimmie Tinglöv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jimmie Tinglöv didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francis Aberle went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Loris Hellmüller took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimmie Tinglöv. Jimmie Tinglöv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Francis Aberle put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jimmie Tinglöv. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Loris Hellmüller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fire Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Loris Hellmüller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimmie Tinglöv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Francis Aberle sped through Djurgården IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jimmie Tinglöv. In the 34th minute Lukas Schallberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmie Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Fire Devils from getting a goal against them. Francis Aberle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmie Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Aberle, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francis Aberle was the one to do the kick off. Jimmie Tinglöv was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Loris Hellmüller capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Loris Hellmüller really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francis Aberle in the 55th minute of play forced Djurgården IF's goalkeeper Jimmie Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Francis Aberle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmie Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimmie Tinglöv was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Francis Aberle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francis Aberle really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. 63 minutes into the match, Djurgården IF's goalkeeper Jimmie Tinglöv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loris Hellmüller. In the 66th minute, Dave Drescher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mats Kinnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Fire Devils:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Djurgården IF:s goal. 73 minutes into the match, Mats Kinnman notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Fire Devils's Walter Fransson. Walter Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 79 minutes, Mats Kinnman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Djurgården IF and the Fire Devils players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Djurgården IF's Mats Kinnman got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jimmie Tinglöv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Aberle in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Francis Aberle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmie Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Lambrozzi hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Francis Aberle was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Djurgården IF's Jimmie Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loris Hellmüller in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Loris Hellmüller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmie Tinglöv. Djurgården IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loris Hellmüller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. Fire Devils's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
