Gvozden Maljković's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Raymond Halseth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dragutin Deverić came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by POPODARA F.C's Runar Melum. But to his dismay, Runar Melum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Xavi Hernandez's late challenge caught a NK BRONZIN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavi Hernandez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to POPODARA F.C getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Xavi Hernandez hit a great ball. Dragutin Deverić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Runar Melum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, NK BRONZIN's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Mauro came free, but Dragutin Deverić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ratko Petrinović kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Runar Melum made a precise shot to the right of Dragutin Deverić. NK BRONZIN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 31 minutes, Gvozden Maljković managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK BRONZIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gvozden Maljković was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Vegard Berdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Federico Mauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in NK BRONZIN's zone, Federico Mauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragutin Deverić came out of the goal and Federico Mauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Xavi Hernandez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, POPODARA F.C's Xavi Hernandez got a free kick in the 48th minute.

Runar Melum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. NK BRONZIN's Darko Agbaba got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ratko Petrinović kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match Ratko Petrinović sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raymond Halseth skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to NK BRONZIN getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dragan Felver hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Federico Mauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gvozden Maljković in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Halseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Runar Melum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dragutin Deverić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NK BRONZIN's Dragutin Deverić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save NK BRONZIN from getting a goal against them. Runar Melum kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match.
