FC MANLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximo Emeterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Balamir Onuktekin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Isaias Gurutz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Montserrat's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Gurutz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halil İbrahim Tanuğur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nusrettin Uzay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İsmail Orhun Cantekin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Baltasar Valiente made a huge save. FC MANLE's Nusrettin Uzay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Baltasar Valiente in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maximo Emeterio kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Halil İbrahim Tanuğur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nusrettin Uzay in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Valiente saved Atlético Montserrat from getting behind. İsmail Orhun Cantekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltasar Valiente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berk Gürdal in the 38th minute of the match. After the first half Atlético Montserrat were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Gurutz made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Hamit Aynacıoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Baltasar Valiente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC MANLE's zone, Luisito Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Tanuğur came out of the goal and Luisito Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Orhun Cantekin came free, but Baltasar Valiente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, İsmail Orhun Cantekin made a precise shot to the right of Baltasar Valiente. Atlético Montserrat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. FC MANLE's İsmail Orhun Cantekin got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Isaias Gurutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil İbrahim Tanuğur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, FC MANLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Orhun Cantekin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, İsmail Orhun Cantekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Valiente came out of the goal and İsmail Orhun Cantekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 95 minutes on the clock, Hakkı Devrim Geylanoğullarından commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Halil İbrahim Tanuğur, was totally fooled by Atlético Montserrat's Martin Berdaitz, who 97 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Atlético Montserrat walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
