The corner led Peace Home Street Boys's William Lundström to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sixten Molander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Gai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Lundström in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Miguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Liu Feng Guang made a kick off. In the 64th minute of the match Peace Home Street Boys got a corner. GRÊMIO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Egil Åberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Peace Home Street Boys's Sixten Molander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Feng Guang in the 66th minute of play. Liu Feng Guang hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Peace Home Street Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Gai came free, but Sixten Molander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, GRÊMIO's Elpidio Gai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixten Molander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Peace Home Street Boys getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Sixten Molander was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that GRÊMIO were the better team. GRÊMIO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
