Waldemar Cunha hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Nilton Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deniz Hasanbeyli in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that John Mendes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yağızalp Akhan was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Port UTD's goalkeeper Yağızalp Akhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute, John Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAGNIFICOS.FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 15th minute, John Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute of the game Ali Haydar Ekin made a throw-in which Demir Rebi played forward. Yağızalp Akhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Mendes in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, North Port UTD's Ömür Sağanalp got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Deniz Hasanbeyli sped through MAGNIFICOS.FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nilton Berger. 31 minutes into the game, Dorival Moura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MAGNIFICOS.FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Port UTD the free kick. In the 31st minute, Dorival Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demir Rebi might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilton Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Demir Rebi ran back to his position shaking his head. Nilton Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demir Rebi in the 32nd minute of play. Birkan Sarik scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilton Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute Deniz Hasanbeyli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Dorival Moura seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dorival Moura the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MAGNIFICOS.FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dorival Moura had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of MAGNIFICOS.FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of North Port UTD:s goal. The referee gave North Port UTD a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karhan Öktüre, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MAGNIFICOS.FC's Nilton Berger. 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deniz Hasanbeyli to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes MAGNIFICOS.FC got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Mendes. A well placed Demir Rebi short distance shot in the 55th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birkan Sarik in the 63rd minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Nilton Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MAGNIFICOS.FC's attentive Kauã Cordeiro managed to snatch the ball when Ali Haydar Ekin made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. John Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yağızalp Akhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Nilton Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demir Rebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as North Port UTD's Demir Rebi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nilton Berger. That made the score 1-5 after 73 minutes of play. The supporters of MAGNIFICOS.FC booed when North Port UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behram Onat didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Port UTD's Yağızalp Akhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Mendes in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute, North Port UTD's Birkan Sarik ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilton Berger. Nilton Berger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. 91 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Birkan Sarik came free, but Nilton Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
