Jan Schulz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the FC Snipers defense, Sven-Christian Ulrich kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olov Groth. The FC Snipers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olov Groth should have stopped the shot. Helmut Berrischs short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Olov Groth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 23 minutes, Magne Ryberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Snipers and the FC Hollywood players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robin Platt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Olov Groth made a huge save. Robin Platt hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Roland Haglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Schulz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Snipers's Jörgen Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. A collision led to FC Hollywood getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Sven-Christian Ulrich hit a great ball. FC Snipers's Olov Groth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Snipers from getting a goal against them. Roland Haglund struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Jan Schulz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Snipers. Sascha Rothschild hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hollywood's zone, Douglas Wiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Schulz came out of the goal and Douglas Wiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Helmut Berrisch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Olov Groth made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Johansson was the one to do the kick off. Benjamin Koppers hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Helmut Berrisch scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Groth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the game, one of FC Hollywood:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jan Schulz had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Lukas Moberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Olov Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Schröder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Snipers's Olov Groth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helmut Berrisch in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Helmut Berrisch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sascha Rothschild hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Hollywood getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hannes Welser hit a great ball. Olov Groth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Luchtenberg in the 83rd minute of play. FC Snipers's Olov Groth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helmut Berrisch in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Helmut Berrisch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Groth was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Magne Ryberg kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Schröder in the 99th minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Olov Groth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Snipers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Hollywood.
