In the 5th minute Igor Elizardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Fabiszak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Cai hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Igor Elizardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zenon Fabiszak. Igor Elizardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Pogoń1945Staszów's Zenon Fabiszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Mercurio in the 19th minute of play. When Olaf Cieliczka fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pogoń1945Staszów's protests and gave Olaf Cieliczka a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pogoń1945Staszów getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Olaf Cieliczka hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Boulogne F.C.'s Jairo Hegoi got a free kick in the 28th minute. Boulogne F.C.'s Igor Elizardo pulled a muscle in his back after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 32 minutes, Korneliusz Patrylo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pogoń1945Staszów and the Boulogne F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Pogoń1945Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Patrylo. After some careless play in the Pogoń1945Staszów defense, Paolo Selatse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenon Fabiszak. The Pogoń1945Staszów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenon Fabiszak should have stopped the shot. Victorino Garci struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Zenon Fabiszak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boulogne F.C.. 46 minutes into the match, Pogoń1945Staszów's goalkeeper Zenon Fabiszak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Garci. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Samuel Mercurio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boulogne F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Mercurio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Fabiszak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leszek Ruzicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Samuel Mercurio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boulogne F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Mercurio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Boulogne F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Ruzicki came free, but Teodosio Macerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zenon Fabiszak came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Boulogne F.C.'s Victorino Garci. But to his dismay, Victorino Garci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Filomeno Canor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Fabiszak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Samuel Mercurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Mercurio in the 86th minute of play forced Pogoń1945Staszów's goalkeeper Zenon Fabiszak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń1945Staszów's zone, Samuel Mercurio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Fabiszak came out of the goal and Samuel Mercurio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Pogoń1945Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Garci came free, but Zenon Fabiszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Jurand Olejarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boulogne F.C.'s Samuel Mercurio got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Samuel Mercurio off the ground. The supporters of Pogoń1945Staszów booed when Boulogne F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Mercurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 played minutes Pogoń1945Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Szel. There was no doubt that Boulogne F.C. were the better team. Boulogne F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
