The audience thought a goal was coming when Modesto Ranolfo got free with Paul Gary in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristopher Mansfield hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Raimundo Orlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Paul Gary made a huge save. Paul Gary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Quintun in the 21st minute of play. Tango en Miami FC's Paul Gary proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tango en Miami FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Tango en Miami FC's Paul Gary got control of the ball when Raimundo Orlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match, Matias Quintun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paul Gary saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lance Willard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Mel having to interfere. When Ronald Engel came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Tango en Miami FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronald Engel couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Masters United F.C.'s Modesto Ranolfo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paul Gary. Paul Gary yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Orlo got free with Paul Gary in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Quintun came free, but Paul Gary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes Tango en Miami FC got a freekick which was hit by Zachery Dillon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Quintun in the 47th minute of play forced Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper Paul Gary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Paul Gary was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Masters United F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
