Cayetano Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaume Aracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Cayetano Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chan Abeijon in the 9th minute of the match. Cristo Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Liberland got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Todor. In the 22nd minute of the match Rövşän Färruxov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayetano Florinio skillfully saved the ball. Cayetano Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chan Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Erramun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juan Eduardo Araya came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafael Erramun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Rafael Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Eduardo Araya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Chan Abeijon made a precise shot to the right of Cayetano Florinio. Liberland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 36 played minutes Liberland got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Rutenio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaume Aracena in the 39th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Cayetano Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaume Aracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liberland's Cayetano Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaume Aracena in the 42nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Ilazki during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Placido Ilazki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chan Abeijon made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chan Abeijon in the 52nd minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Cayetano Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as River LOA's Jaume Aracena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cayetano Florinio. That made the score 1-2 after 53 minutes of play. Cayetano Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chan Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaume Aracena got free with Cayetano Florinio in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, River LOA's Cayetano Florinio threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chan Abeijon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Juan Eduardo Araya came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Liberland's Pastor Rutenio. But to his dismay, Pastor Rutenio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With his leg Cayetano Florinio managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when River LOA's Jaume Aracena fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Erramun in the 75th minute of play forced River LOA's goalkeeper Juan Eduardo Araya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Carmelo Silbestre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Juan Eduardo Araya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute Pastor Rutenio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Eduardo Araya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. River LOA's Rexino Arlegui was substituted for Ariano Peacock. River LOA's Ever Aspillaga was substituted for Chan Abeijon. A collision led to River LOA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jaume Aracena hit a great ball. When Liberland's Carmelo Silbestre in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River LOA's goalie prevented a goal. River LOA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rövşän Färruxov in the 93rd minute. River LOA's Rövşän Färruxov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cayetano Florinio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 95 minutes into the match, River LOA's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Silbestre came free, but Juan Eduardo Araya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liberland's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
