Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Twelve Ravens's Andrew Severyns started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ulizes Sola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Van den Inde having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Paredes Campderros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luke Van den Inde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 9th play minutes Ulizes Sola shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Luke Van den Inde and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 17th minute, Ryan Bourgeois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luke Van den Inde came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Astillero del Guayas's Ulizes Sola. But to his dismay, Ulizes Sola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 25 minutes into the game, Astillero del Guayas's Ulizes Sola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luke Van den Inde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 29 minutes into the match, Ulizes Sola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luke Van den Inde. Twelve Ravens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulizes Sola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Luke Van den Inde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Landeras in the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Twelve Ravens defense, Javier Landeras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luke Van den Inde. The Twelve Ravens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luke Van den Inde should have stopped the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Landeras came free, but Luke Van den Inde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Severyns came free, but Walter Huarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Astillero del Guayas were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulizes Sola to strike the kick off in the second half. Luke Van den Inde didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 51st minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. After 58 minutes, Javier Landeras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astillero del Guayas and the Twelve Ravens players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Astillero del Guayas's Javier Landeras got a free kick in the 58th minute. Walter Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Severyns, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Luke Van den Inde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulizes Sola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Twelve Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremy Godts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulizes Sola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Luke Van den Inde made a huge save. If Ulizes Sola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Twelve Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin Lissens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Bedi to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute of the match Erwin Lissens shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walter Huarte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hakkı Deniz Bedi hit a great ball. Ulizes Sola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luke Van den Inde having to make a save. If Ulizes Sola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astillero del Guayas played a much better game than Twelve Ravens and deserved their victory. The Twelve Ravens players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
