In the 6th match minute, Sacando del Medio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute of the match Manfredo Cabral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomiro Acevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Abelardo Barrionuevo fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sacando del Medio's protests and gave Abelardo Barrionuevo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Abelardo Barrionuevo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomiro Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Recife in the 13th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Sacando del Medio got a freekick which was hit by David Rey. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Toscano in the 18th minute of play forced Sacando del Medio's goalkeeper Baldomiro Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sílvio Ramalho struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Baldomiro Acevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-. Baldomiro Acevedo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Emanuel Almeida. But to his dismay, Emanuel Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 28th minute, Abelardo Barrionuevo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Geovânio Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomiro Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovânio Toscano in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Emanuel Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Raymon during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Domingo Raymon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Manfredo Cabral, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 45th match minute, Sacando del Medio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Raebert to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Almeida made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, Sacando del Medio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. Valdemar Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Raebert in the 53rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Sacando del Medio's Baldomiro Acevedo got control of the ball when Geovânio Toscano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Emanuel Almeida took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Baldomiro Acevedo to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Sacando del Medio's Fabricio Torres got a free kick in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Sacando del Medio's goalkeeper Baldomiro Acevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovânio Toscano. Baldomiro Acevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Recife in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Raebert during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luisito Raebert was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With his leg Baldomiro Acevedo managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Geovânio Toscano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sacando del Medio's Baldomiro Acevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sacando del Medio from getting a goal against them. Sacando del Medio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Emanuel Almeida scored to the left of an out of position Baldomiro Acevedo, making the score, 0-5.
