When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ronaldo Palet sped through Inter de Melão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Allan de Almeida. 9 minutes into the game, Maurinho Vergílio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter de Melão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Todos al Fondo the free kick. After 9 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Vergílio. Allan de Almeida was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rodolfo Avendaño. If Ernesto Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Palet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan de Almeida was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, Ronaldo Palet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agapito Payet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Vergílio in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inter de Melão's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodolfo Avendaño was slow to take the kick. During this time Todos al Fondo's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Rodolfo Avendaño got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Allan de Almeida quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Todos al Fondo's Agapito Payet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Amorim in the 42nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Ronaldo Palet took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Allan de Almeida to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 60th minute, Gorbea Helguera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Todos al Fondo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After 63 minutes of play Inter de Melão's Maurinho Vergílio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 63 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Vergílio. Rodolfo Avendaño took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Allan de Almeida. Inter de Melão's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Palet in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Allan de Almeida saved Inter de Melão from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Ronaldo Palet put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Allan de Almeida. In the 71st match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Rodolfo Avendaño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Allan de Almeida skillfully saved the ball. Allan de Almeida didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Todos al Fondo's Ronaldo Palet shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Agapito Payet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Amorim in the 84th minute of the match.
