The supporters of Expedition Lubin booed when Nàstic de Tarragona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roldán Pascual didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boruc Zdrojowy made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Andrei Lupu sent off a good shot on target. Szczepan Jaszcz's late challenge caught a Nàstic de Tarragona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Jaszcz helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice moves Andrei Lupu could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Boruc Zdrojowy however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 25 minutes, Facundo Lastras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nàstic de Tarragona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Lastras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Facundo Lastras kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Andrei Lupu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Expedition Lubin's Boruc Zdrojowy. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrei Lupu to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Expedition Lubin getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Andrzej Merski hit a great ball. Andrei Lupu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 55th minute Andrei Lupu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Zdrojowy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes, Roldán Pascual mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nàstic de Tarragona and the Expedition Lubin players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Alonso Garzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
