Sérgio Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Victoria Września getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Maksymilian Bobrowski hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Osvaldinho Arruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Rasiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucjan Rasiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sérgio Jacinto in the 16th minute. After 20 played minutes Victoria Września got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Daszkowski. Lucjan Rasiak was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Sérgio Jacinto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sérgio Jacinto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Rekawiczka in the 29th minute of play. Engenheiros da Vila were furious when Lucas de Salles was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Engenheiros da Vila's Lucas de Salles got a free kick in the 31st minute. Eriberto Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izydor Daszkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Engenheiros da Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Penczkowski came free, but Eriberto Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Olgierd Rekawiczka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Engenheiros da Vila's Sérgio Jacinto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sérgio Jacinto in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucjan Rasiak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Jandryca in the 43rd minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Maksymilian Bobrowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victoria Września and the Engenheiros da Vila players grew even worse after the yellow card. 46 minutes into the game, one of Victoria Września:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvaldinho Arruda made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Sérgio Jacinto made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Rasiak. Victoria Września's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Olgierd Rekawiczka hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Sérgio Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Rasiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucjan Rasiak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osvaldinho Arruda went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós got control of the ball when Olgierd Rekawiczka tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Mineiro in the 95th minute of play forced Victoria Września's goalkeeper Lucjan Rasiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Rasiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Jacinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Engenheiros da Vila walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
