Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Placido Lia took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Surahammar's Arne Ambjörnsson got control of the ball when Placido Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Salamon scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Ambjörnsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arne Ambjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Elivareo in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Surahammar booed when Alzaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Ibañez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Markus Bergsten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surahammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Bergsten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute Pedro Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Ambjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Ambjörnsson was a little too slow when Placido Lia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 31st match minute, Surahammar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Tunberg to maneuver through the defense. Natalio Elivareo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Arne Ambjörnsson made a huge save. Arne Ambjörnsson was a little too slow when Pedro Salamon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 4-0. 48 minutes into the match, Celso Felipillo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Surahammar's Arne Ambjörnsson. Arne Ambjörnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Lindmark to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Surahammar defense, Placido Lia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Ambjörnsson. The Surahammar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Ambjörnsson should have stopped the shot. Arne Ambjörnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Erdiano in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Felipillo to maneuver through the defense. Markus Bergsten shot from long distance in the 62nd minute, but Jorge Nesto was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a rather tough play, Surahammar's Per-Oskar Tinglöv got a free kick in the 66th minute. Alzaga FC's Humberto Manilan was substituted for Pedro Salamon. A collision led to Alzaga FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Tiburcio Quintun hit a great ball. The long shot by Markus Bergsten in the 76th minute really tested Jorge Nesto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jorge Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Rudberg in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Celedonio Erdiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alzaga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Placido Lia kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Placido Lia struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Arne Ambjörnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alzaga FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Elivareo in the 91st minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Arne Ambjörnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Alzaga FC fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Alzaga FC's Placido Lia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Alzaga FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
