União Agrícola Barbarense's Carlos Alberto de Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emerson da Fonseca took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Roberto Chaves. Zé Roberto Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Emerson da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Roberto Chaves having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Emerson da Fonseca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Roberto Chaves. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. MALAIA FDFDF's Zé Pedro Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Fernando Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sílvio Luiz Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Emerson da Fonseca came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zé Roberto Chaves could save by the left post. Natanael Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, União Agrícola Barbarense's Natanael Velasco got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, one of União Agrícola Barbarense:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for União Agrícola Barbarense. Emerson da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emerson da Fonseca got free with Zé Roberto Chaves in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emerson da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Chaves having to interfere. Zé Roberto Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emerson da Fonseca in the 41st minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eriberto Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Chaves having to interfere. If Emerson da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emerson da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Zé Roberto Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Pedro Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Emerson da Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Roberto Chaves was relentless in the 81st minute of the game.
