Ruben de Wolf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Caroll Mårtensson made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Ruben de Wolf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caroll Mårtensson was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Eliasson in the 30th minute of play forced Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Bernard Ryers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buksvinens IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Ruben de Wolf scored to the left of an out of position Caroll Mårtensson, making the score, 1-0. After 35 minutes, Richey Bernaerts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forza Heppenbach and the Buksvinens IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Richey Bernaerts. Caroll Mårtensson made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Brain De Raedemaeker sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Möllgren in the 39th minute of play forced Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Bernard Ryers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben de Wolf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Caroll Mårtensson made a huge save. Caroll Mårtensson was a little too slow when Ruben de Wolf got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Eliasson to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Charles Godholm. In the 52nd minute of the match Ward Raeymakers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caroll Mårtensson skillfully saved the ball. In the 53rd minute Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner. Ward Raeymakers went to the cornerflag to take it. Caroll Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben de Wolf in the 54th minute of play. In the 54th minute, Ruben de Wolf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forza Heppenbach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Caroll Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel De Beer, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Forza Heppenbach's Axel De Beer got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emil Eliasson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernard Ryers. Bernard Ryers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Kurt Lidman's late challenge caught a Forza Heppenbach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurt Lidman helped the player get up and apologised. Kurt Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Caroll Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel De Beer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Richey Bernaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Forza Heppenbach walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
