After a defensive mix-up in AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s zone, Erivaldo Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grozdan Cof came out of the goal and Erivaldo Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MDS Soccer Club's Artur Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save MDS Soccer Club from getting a goal against them. MDS Soccer Club were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramón Brodel took the corner. Hajredin Kukovič blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Romero having to make a save. With a little luck, MDS Soccer Club's Artur Romero got control of the ball when Hajredin Kukovič tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Erivaldo Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Cof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes, José Maria Mineiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MDS Soccer Club and the AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, MDS Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavao Krumpak got free with Artur Romero in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Hajredin Kukovič managed to get in a good position for a shot. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hajredin Kukovič was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Romero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of MDS Soccer Club booed when AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavao Krumpak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukasz Gmoch took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grozdan Cof. Grozdan Cof dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 43 minutes into the game, Erivaldo Severo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Grozdan Cof was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lukasz Gmoch to strike the kick off in the second half. Artur Romero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hajredin Kukovič's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Hajredin Kukovič blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Romero having to make a save. In the 58th match minute, MDS Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Erivaldo Severo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Grozdan Cof made a huge save. Ernani de Toledo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Erivaldo Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Lukasz Gmoch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hajredin Kukovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Artur Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
