In the 7th minute Hajredin Kukovič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Skarphéðinn Ormarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavao Krumpak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nedeljko Jesenšek in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Hajredin Kukovič was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Æsir Ásgarðr the free kick. Hajredin Kukovič hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Æsir Ásgarðr defense, Hajredin Kukovič kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. The Æsir Ásgarðr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Skarphéðinn Ormarsson should have stopped the shot. If Ámundi Hallmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nedeljko Jesenšek charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nedeljko Jesenšek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Nedeljko Jesenšek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sólbjörn Guðnason made the kick off in the second half. Skjöldur Reimarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Hajredin Kukovič sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Skarphéðinn Ormarsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hajredin Kukovič kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Hajredin Kukovič left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Hrvoje Beranič kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. That made the score 0-4 in the 71 minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Hrvoje Beranič made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hrvoje Beranič scored 0-6 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Skarphéðinn Ormarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hrvoje Beranič in the 84th minute of the match. Hajredin Kukovič might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hajredin Kukovič ran back to his position shaking his head. Hajredin Kukovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Skarphéðinn Ormarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hajredin Kukovič. The Æsir Ásgarðr fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
